Hand N Hand Home Care is a small, family-owned and locally rooted home care agency founded in 2017 in Tucker, Georgia by a grandmother and granddaughter who shared a simple belief: everyone deserves to receive care with dignity, compassion, and respect.
What began as a family vision has grown into a mission to help individuals remain safe, comfortable, and supported in the place they call home. Our foundation was built on the values of family, service, trust, and genuine compassion—and those values continue to guide everything we do.
Today, the next generation is carrying that vision forward, honoring the legacy on which Hand N Hand was built while continuing to grow and evolve with the needs of our community. We are proud to be a local, family-run business that understands the importance of treating every client with the same care and consideration we would want for our own loved ones.
